Job description

Why Build Your Career at Oberman Law Firm

Oberman Law Firm is a full-service, growth-oriented firm built for attorneys who want to lead early, work on sophisticated matters, and build a lasting practice. The firm is guided by high-caliber, team-based legal service, strong professional and ethical standards, and an unwavering commitment to extraordinary client service.

Associates at Oberman Law Firm are given meaningful responsibility from day one rather than years of routine assignments. The firm pairs every attorney with hands‑on mentorship from experienced partners who are genuinely invested in each associate's development, and it provides the platform, resources, and firmwide support associates need to grow their own practice and client base over time. The firm's culture is anchored in six operating principles — being inspirational, disciplined, accountable, transparent, aligned, and results‑oriented — and in the belief that the growth of its people is inseparable from the growth of the firm itself.

Associates also benefit from the firm's structured approach to career development, including one‑on‑one partner mentorship, a formal attorney training and development program, annual performance and goal reviews, and a distinctive Personal, Professional & Financial (PPF) goal‑planning framework with quarterly leadership check‑ins and business development coaching. Compensation is market‑competitive and performance‑based rather than tenure‑based, with uncapped earning potential tied to results and origination. The firm rounds out its offering with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, wellness and mental health resources, and ongoing CLE and leadership development support.

For an associate who wants to do sophisticated, high‑caliber corporate work for ambitious clients — while building a real, long‑term practice inside a firm that invests in its people — Oberman Law Firm offers both the platform and the mentorship to get there.
