Are you tired of working for somebody else? Do you want your administrative load handled while you focus on expanding your book of clients? Are you a new attorney looking to be treated as a colleague to mentor and nourish, instead of a metric for profit?

Located in Zanesville and Coshocton, we are one of SEastern Ohio's oldest firms, commencing our third generation of leadership under Managing Partner Susan McDonald. We are an association of attorneys, share a common intake book, own our own books of clients, and actually take home our own profit - we simply share costs. Our goal isn't to profit from you, it's to reduce expense share while growing together.

New Lawyers: We offer a ready flow of regular cases to get your feet wet if you want to explore on your own. We offer a mentor program, allowing you assured work and systematic growth both in practice and in book building. As a generalist firm, any niche you want to explore can be built and targeted, and we have proven experience building practice areas as they grow.

Established Associates: We offer a location to receive a true and fair cut of your work, with our shared expenses being the overhead. We offer a team environment where you can send clients to trusted colleagues without concern about anybody trying to undermine you, and we will send you our clients when we need your help. You determine your income by setting your own hours.

For any Attorney: We offer a continual flow of new intakes. We offer established firm and personal clients who need your services (and we will let you do just that). We offer a direct return to your labor, as well as a guaranteed floor. You'll have staff, malpractice insurance, and everything you need to practice. We just need you.
