Zuercher Law in Dublin, Ohio seeks an Associate Attorney in Family Law with 3+ years of Ohio practice. You will manage complex divorce, dissolution, and child custody matters, advocate in courts across central Ohio, draft pleadings and motions, and guide clients through negotiations with care and precision.

This hybrid role offers a balanced docket, court and office presence, and room to grow within a supportive team that values client-first advocacy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Ohio family law practice experience.
• Active Ohio bar admission in good standing.
• Hands-on experience with divorce, dissolution, custody, and parenting time matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload consisting of complex divorce, dissolution, and child custody and support matters, as well as other related domestic relations actions.
• Represent clients in courts throughout central Ohio at all stages of a case, including initial court hearings, pretrial proceedings, and final trials
• Strategically navigate the negotiation of dissolution matters to achieve client goals with opposing counsel and clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence with precision and care
• Advise clients directly on strategy, settlement, and next steps
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a small, high-trust team environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Hands-on experience with divorce, dissolution, custody, and parenting time matters
• Collaborative law or mediation training or experience preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing a full docket
