As an Associate Attorney, you'll be spending most of your time on the phone with clients and insurance adjusters, skillfully negotiating settlements for personal injury claims. A significant part of your role will involve our internal continuing legal education programs, which will enhance your legal knowledge and practical insights into personal injury law.

You don't need prior legal experience to start with us.

You Do Need

• a South Carolina law license;
• comfort and confidence in handling phone conversations (if you're reluctant to talk on the phone, this may not be the right fit);
• a solid work ethic; and
• a burning desire for unlimited growth.

If this describes you, we would like to discuss an entry-level position. You will begin as an Associate Attorney, negotiating settlements primarily for motor vehicle wreck cases with lower medical bills. You will learn negotiation, case building, expectation management, and client control. The salary for this position is $65,000 annually, plus benefits and discretionary bonuses.

Your Future

All attorneys are reviewed every six months. After your second review, you may be promoted to Senior Associate Attorney, handling larger cases and earning bonuses based on targets. A successful Senior Associate can earn over $100,000 per year plus benefits. You will also study to become a courtroom lawyer, with potential promotion to Trial Counsel after a year as a Senior Associate.
