Qualifications

• Civil litigation (1-2 years) experience in state and federal courts.
• Draft complicated legal memoranda with strong academic credentials.
• Candidates interested in business development are required.
• Monitoring relevant regulatory and legislative changes and requirements.
• Health law and/or land use experience is a plus.
