TekSKY is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Los Angeles office. This full-time, in-person role involves handling meaningful litigation matters and growing within a collaborative legal team.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of litigation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and active status with the California State Bar. Strong research, writing, and client-communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar member in good standing.
• 1–3 years of litigation or relevant legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Manage and maintain a caseload from intake through resolution.

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy.
• Review and analyze contracts, evidence, and case-related documentation.
