Jobot in Baltimore seeks a driven mid-level Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our growing practice. The attorney will represent individuals and families, handling personal injury and workers’ compensation matters with hands-on representation and proven results.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, Maryland bar admission, and at least 3 years’ relevant experience. Strong litigation, negotiation and client service skills are required.

The firm represents individuals and families in a wide range of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, with an emphasis on providing hands‑on representation and achieving strong results for clients.

Job Details

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience handling personal injury, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, or a closely related practice area.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, legal writing, and case‑management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working effectively within a team.
• Strong client-service and communication skills.
• Prior plaintiff‑side experience is strongly preferred.
• Trial and courtroom experience is a plus.
