As an Associate Attorney, your main responsibilities will include communicating with clients and insurance adjusters over the phone and skillfully negotiating settlements for personal injury claims. A significant part of your role will involve participating in our internal continuing legal education programs to enhance your knowledge and practical skills in personal injury law.

Requirements include:
This entry-level position involves negotiating settlements, primarily for motor vehicle accident cases with lower medical bills. You will learn negotiation skills, case value building, expectation setting, and client management. The starting salary is $65,000 annually, plus benefits and discretionary bonuses.
Your Career Path:
Performance reviews occur every six months. After two reviews, you may be promoted to Senior Associate Attorney, handling larger cases and earning bonuses. A successful Senior Associate can earn over $100,000 annually plus benefits. You will also have opportunities to develop courtroom skills, with potential promotion to Trial Counsel after a year as a Senior Associate.
