The Dennis Law Firm in Atlanta, GA seeks an Associate Attorney to take immediate responsibility for a caseload within a leading Personal Injury firm. You will benefit from substantial marketing, support staff, and mentorship, with no billable hour requirement and access to a strong platform for justice.

Requirements include a Law degree, GA State Bar admission, and 2+ years of personal injury experience. Strong writing, advocacy, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active GA State Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to join a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation case work.
• Drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, demands and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and formation of demand packages.
• Manage release and approval process.
• Manage case managers.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• Assist with property damage and EOU’s.

This includes marketing, pre-suit lawyers, support staff, and operations, along with mentorship from some of our most successful trial attorneys. No billable hours, no need to generate your own cases. Take advantage of our extensive marketing and business development to focus on delivering justice.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation case work
• Drafting and filing pre litigations documents, demands and memoranda of law
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
