  • Handle matters involving employment, healthcare, professional licensing, and business disputes.
  • Manage cases through all stages of litigation from pleadings to trial preparation.
  • Advise healthcare professionals on licensing, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Counsel employers and small businesses on workplace and general business matters.
  • Draft memoranda, motions, contracts, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, court appearances, and administrative hearings.

Duties
  • Represent clients in state and federal court litigation and administrative proceedings.
  • Handle matters involving employment law, healthcare law, professional licensing, and business disputes.
  • Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Advise healthcare professionals on licensing, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary matters before state licensing boards.
  • Counsel employers and small businesses on workplace, operational, and general business matters.
  • Draft legal memoranda, motions, contracts, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, court appearances, and administrative hearings.
