Job summary

Rosen & Goyal, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Massachusetts/NH practice.

You will handle state and federal litigation, employment, healthcare, and business matters with guidance from senior attorneys. The ideal candidate has a J.D., MA admission (NH a plus), 2–5 years of litigation experience, strong research and writing, and the ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Massachusetts admission to practice; New Hampshire admission a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in state and federal court litigation, as well as administrative proceedings (such as the DUA, MCAD, DALA).
  • Handle matters involving employment law, healthcare law, professional licensing, and business disputes.
  • Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Advise healthcare professionals regarding licensing, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary matters before state licensing boards.
  • Counsel employers and small businesses on workplace, operational, and general business matters.
  • Draft legal memoranda, motions, contracts, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, court appearances, and administrative hearings.

Rosen & Goyal, P.C. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. Our firm represents small businesses and nonprofits, employers, and professionals throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire in matters involving employment law, business disputes, civil litigation, and healthcare law.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a commitment to client service, and experience handling matters through various stages of litigation and administrative proceedings.

We are a collaborative team that works primarily in office, with flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in state and federal court litigation, as well as administrative proceedings (such as the DUA, MCAD, DALA).

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with a team.
  • Experience appearing before administrative agencies or licensing boards is preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare, regulatory, and employment law matters.
