  • Massachusetts admission to practice with 2–4 years' experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in litigation or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Represent individuals and organizations in civil litigation, administrative proceedings, and personal injury matters.
  • Assist in representing members of the State Police Association of Massachusetts in various legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents for state and federal courts.
  • Prepare cases for litigation, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Attend court appearances, administrative hearings, and settlement conferences.
  • Negotiate and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and legal entities.
  • Manage case files and legal documentation with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop litigation strategies.
