Job summary

W3Global in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking an associate attorney to join our workers' compensation defense team. The attorney will work with a dedicated partner and have opportunities to conduct depositions and mediations as the positions have heavy emphasis on workers' compensation litigation.

This role also involves building relationships with insurance companies and adjusters while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Georgia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
• Experience litigating
• Workers' compensation defense or related background preferred
• Outgoing personality, dynamic, and attention to details are traits desired
