• Minimum five years of leadership experience in athletics or educational administration.

• Oversee student-athlete leadership, wellness, and academic progress.
• Monitor NCAA eligibility standards for recruitment.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and evaluation of coaches.
• Organize professional development for coaches and collaboration with Admissions, College Counseling, and Advancement.
