Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree.
• Must have either an NCSF CSC or NSCA CSCS certification.
• Experience coaching multiple teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strength and conditioning for high school and middle school athletes.
• Oversee strength & conditioning coaches and coordinate with varsity head coaches.
• Establish training and development structure for grades 6–12.
• Communicate proactively with Athletic Training staff about injury prevention.
