Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking an Associate Athletic Director, Strategy to provide strategic direction across Toledo Athletics and oversee student-athlete benefits within assigned sport programs.

Reporting to the Director of Athletics and Executive Associate Athletic Director – Finance & Business Operations, you will drive data-driven decision making and cross-department collaboration to improve athletic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related quantitative field.
• Experience in data-driven consulting, analysis or project management.
• Experience in CRM and advanced quantitative/qualitative research.

Job Description

The position’s primary responsibilities are to provide strategicdirection across Toledo Athletics, with oversight of allstudent-athlete benefits within the areas of responsibility/sportprograms as assigned by the Director of Athletics and ExecutiveAssociate Athletic Director – Finance & BusinessOperations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a disciplinewith a qualitative focus, including but not limited to mathematics,statistics, computer science, economics, operations research,marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in data-driven consulting, analysis and/or projectmanagement.
• Experience in CRM, advanced analysis (modeling, segmentation,quantitative and qualitative research, etc.).
• Strong relationship building and consultation skills across amultifaceted stakeholder and employee groups; excellent ability todrive organizational adoption of philosophies, data-drivendecision-making techniques and overall system implementation.
• Extensive experience with cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong verbal, written, organization and multi-taskingskills.
