Job summary

Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) invites applications for the role of Associate Athletic Director for Compliance & Student Services in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. The role oversees rosters, scholarships, NCAA regulatory compliance, student-athlete liaison duties, and disciplinary processes, with leadership of the Academic Services and Compliance area.

The successful candidate will participate in campus committees, support event management, and may serve as SWA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related athletics experience and knowledge of NCAA regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rosters and scholarships and ensure NCAA compliance across programs.
• Act as student-athlete liaison and supervise disciplinary processes.
• Hire and supervise Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Services and Compliance; coordinate with graduate assistants.
• Represent Athletics on campus committees and assist in events management and staffing.
