Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
• 5+ years post-graduate architectural experience with focus on commercial/high-end residential projects and experience with developers preferred.
• Experience managing project teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong technical understanding of flow, layout, and space planning.
• Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Experience with construction documentation and coordination with outside design teams.
• Licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile projects through construction.
• Assist with scopes of work, RFPs, and project schedules.
• Lead coordination meetings with outside architects/engineers during design phases.
• Be primary contact with consultants, vendors and clients throughout design development through construction administration.
• Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and work plan; align with Head of Development on creative direction.
• Review design presentations and provide client feedback.
