Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
0-3 years of experience in applications or design engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Knowledge of grid modernization trends.
IEEE/IEC/CIGRE technical committees involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interpret customer specifications to recommend surge arrester offerings.
Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and customers for product lines.
Prepare drawings, datasheets, and application notes.
Support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting with design/quality teams.
Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and training sessions.
Stay current with IEEE/IEC/ANSI standards and internal compliance.
Collaborate on new product development and enhancements.
