Qualifications

• 5+ years in design, product, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in the utility industry.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventor 2D/3D.
• Strong collaboration across Marketing, Production and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Leads bid package development for high voltage transmission projects.
• Includes assembly design, product line extension, drawing creation, cost estimation.
• Drives product line maintenance with cross-functional teams.
• Conducts mechanical and electrical design and analysis for HV hardware.
• Reviews customer specs and develops solutions with existing or new offerings.
• Leads initiatives related to product line development, support and maintenance.
• Maintains AutoCAD and Inventor files for Marketing or Manufacturing needs.
• Performs or oversees mechanical and electrical testing for development and maintenance.
• Provides technical assistance to Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Sales.
• Assists in product training activities for staff or customers.
• Limited travel for off-site testing, meetings, or training.
