Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering or recently graduated within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Use classical hand analysis and/or create finite element models to predict internal loads, displacements, and stresses.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers to substantiate aircraft modifications and ensure airworthiness.
• Generate free body diagrams and calculate internal loads and stresses.
• Document structural analysis in formal reports to show airworthiness compliance.
• Develop structural tests and post-process results to establish allowable strength data.
• Manage personal work to stay within scope, budget, and schedule for assigned tasks.
