Kyndryl is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery for complex AI engagements. You translate business challenges into technical solutions, lead design and deployment, and operate as a trusted technical partner to customers.

You work with autonomy across AI platforms and contribute to platform evolution. Requirements include proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Python or similar language and AI/ML tooling.
• Strong Software Engineering practices across the SDLC, version control, and data tooling.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms and distributed systems is preferred.

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into technical AI solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic frameworks.
• Own delivery end-to-end from scoping to production and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, scalability and reliability of AI systems.
