T-Mobile is hiring an Associate AI Engineer to support ANBA capabilities, enabling real-time decisioning and personalized customer experiences. You will design and optimize agentic AI systems, using prompt engineering, RAG, and tool-integrated reasoning to orchestrate workflows and API calls.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into production systems, delivering proactive experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
