You will apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning, and assist in building AI tools to optimize system performance. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• CS/Engineering or related field preferred.
• <2 years Developing and optimizing AI models for customer service (preferred).
• <2 years Applying AI techniques such as prompt engineering and fine-tuning (preferred).
• <2 years Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into production (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the development of conversational AI and Agent Engineering for improved customer service automation.
• Learn and apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques under guidance to optimize AI performance.
• Assist in creating AI tools to integrate AI-driven improvements into operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems are effectively integrated.
• Contribute to design and testing of AI systems to improve interactions in service workflows.
• Participate in strategic AI initiatives to advance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
