Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 0-1+ years of software development experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or C#
• Web app development using Node.js, Angular, or React; SQL/NoSQL databases
• Exposure to REST or SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems and tools such as GitHub and IntelliJ
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in team environments
• Self-motivated with proactive learning and innovation
• Comfort in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• AI-ready mindset leveraging AI-powered development tools

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack software under guidance.
• Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding.
• Take ownership of all code changes, including AI-generated ones.
• Review, test, and ensure changes before production release.
• Write clean, maintainable code with or without AI assistance.
• Create prompts, task definitions, and acceptance criteria for AI agents.
• Apply spec-driven development to translate requirements into AI-ready specs.
• Contribute to AI agent development under guidance.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality and security.
• Generate and improve unit, integration, and regression tests with AI tools.
• Identify security, performance, and reliability concerns early in the cycle.
• Assist in refactoring and modernization of existing codebases using AI workflows.
• Help identify tech debt and contribute to AI-accelerated remediation.
