Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an AI Builder (Harness Engineer) to join our embedded product management ecosystem, transforming AI ideas into scalable, secure, production-ready applications. You will partner with Product Managers to elevate prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions across internal and external lines.

This hands-on builder role spans AI engineering, product thinking, and rapid experimentation, requiring strong skills in full-stack AI toolchains, hosting platforms, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications or prototypes.
• Familiar with modern LLM ecosystems, including prompt engineering and model behavior.
• Model selection and tradeoffs (GPT, Claude, open-source).
• Architectures such as RAG, agents, and workflow orchestration.
• Full-stack AI toolchain experience (front-end, back-end, deployment).
• Hands-on hosting/deployment with Vercel or similar.
• GitHub for version control and collaboration workflows.
• Turn loosely defined solutions into scalable applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with embedded Product Managers to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Evolve prototypes into production-ready AI applications.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions from refinement to launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR and other teams to scale AI across business lines.
• Stay current on emerging AI tech and improve existing solutions.
