Qualifications

• You have built working software with modern AI tools.
• Technically self-sufficient and capable of solving problems independently.
• Technical foundation in computer science or equivalent.
• Exposure to LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, or data and SQL.
• Awareness of security fundamentals and prudent data handling.
• Design instinct and focus on usability.
• Self-starting, relentlessly curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools and automations alongside business users.
• Own the quality of your builds, including usability and documentation.
• Learn and follow enterprise standards for architecture, security, and design.
• Partner with floor teams to uncover real pain points.
• Contribute to ROI case for your work and ship quickly based on feedback.
• Ship a usable prototype in your first week and iterate.
