• Manage quote follow-up activities and renewal re-quote opportunities.
• Process new business policies through issuance.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of policy transactions.
• Assist with phone call intake and client service requests.
• Provide administrative support and help maintain office organization.
• Support agency marketing initiatives, community events, and local outreach activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience.
• Future Development Opportunity: Serve as an Investment Support Account Manager, assisting with investment account servicing.
