Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a driven Sales Representative to launch a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You will build relationships with clients, present insurance options, and close sales while earning a base salary plus commissions and potential bonuses.

You must be local to Brentwood, TN, and hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license. The role emphasizes training, hands-on mentoring, and ongoing career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain license; Property & Casualty license preferred but willing to hold position while acquiring.
• MUST BE LOCAL - NOT REMOTE
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
