  • Tool Creation and Process Improvement
  • Create and improve tools, templates, dashboards, and data models that help customer service, program management, procurement, and customer teams better manage program activity.
  • Identify process gaps, reporting inefficiencies, and manual workarounds, then design practical solutions that improve team productivity and reduce risk.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into scalable tools and reporting solutions.
  • Bill of Material (BOM) Management
  • Manage item creation, maintenance, and updates for multiple program BOMs to ensure materials, pricing, and program requirements remain aligned.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Procurement, Program Management, vendors, and customer teams to resolve data discrepancies and support accurate material planning.
  • Support BOM governance by ensuring changes are properly reviewed, documented, and reflected across reporting and program tools.
Qualifications
  • High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, pricing administration, reporting, analytics, contract support, or a related business operations function.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze pricing, cost, margin, and program data to identify business risks and profitability opportunities.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
