Job summary

Livingstone College is seeking an Associate AD for Sports Medicine/Assistant Head Athletic Trainer to lead the medical staff and safeguard student-athlete health. You will coordinate care with team physicians, coaches, and providers while ensuring compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
• NC athletic trainer licensure and NATABOC certification required.
• CPR/AED Healthcare Provider certification; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the athletic training team and oversee sports medicine services.
• Ensure healthcare and safety of student-athletes across programs.
• Collaborate with team physicians, coaches, and health professionals.
• Maintain medical records and supervise rehabilitation training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administration.
