Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• BOC certification with good standing (national certification).
• Eligibility for Colorado licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of professional athletic training experience, preferably in collegiate programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume clinical workflows.
• Experience with EMR, inventory management, and departmental scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interns, graduate assistants, and part-time athletic trainers.
• Oversee scheduling, staff meetings, and task prioritization.
• Administer DrugFree Sport program—scheduling, collection protocols, outreach.
