Job summary

Kautex is hiring an Associate Accounting professional to support AP/AR, billings, fixed assets, and month-end close for Kautex Inc. in a manufacturing setting. You will help with consolidations and GL reconciliations within a climate-controlled facility.

Required SAP R/3 experience (transitioning to SAP Hana), strong Excel skills, and Hyperion reporting exposure, with 1–2 years in accounting/finance. Plant bonus and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana.
• Excel proficiency is required for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Hyperion financial reporting is preferred.
• 1–2 years in accounting or finance role; manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process billings for Kautex Inc.
• Process and investigate A/P and A/R including bad debts
• Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, protot ypes, etc.) as needed
• Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc.
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
• Select payroll processing duties
• Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures
