What awaits you:

• Review new or amended contracts to confirm agreement to Kautex quotation (price, effective dates, capacity and terms etc.) in accordance with Kautex and Textron guidelines and procedures
• Assist Sales Management to define business development plans, market intelligence and sales forecasting
• Ensure strong financial control (sales portion) of Projects – i.e. positive cash flow including forecast; early invoicing; financial tracking
• Support development and tracking of project related Performance Improvement Action Plan goals
• Track open issues with customers, including quotes and orders
• Process new or amended prototype and service orders, including ensuring delivery as applicable
• Any other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Finance, Accounting, Marketing
• Prior experience working in an automotive environment is a plus
• Ability to effectively manage multifaceted projects in conjunction with day‑to‑day activities
• A clear understanding of contractual conditions relating to the sales of purchased goods and a commercial understanding of business practices including margin, profit, and basic financial procedures
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and word processing
• Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
• Able to follow procedures & processes
