Job summary

Kautex is seeking an entry-level Associate Finance professional for Lavonia, GA. This role focuses on supporting compliance activities, accounting processes, and month-end close tasks within the finance department.

You will be part of a team driving accuracy in balance sheets, reconciliations, and timely payments, while leveraging Excel and ERP systems to streamline financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand the compliance handbook and actively support the development, communication and all compliance activity
• Support all plans and site activities related to the management of quality and environment systems
• Responsible for the operational balance sheet and reconciliations including investigation and reporting of irregularities
• Coordinates the gathering of information and processes accounts for the Month end close process
• Assist Program Mgt. In costing of new products/programs
• Assist Controller in Month-end packages
• Process's all payables, including record keeping of these transactions, for Finance Department within the facility
• Ensure that purchase ledgers are administered efficiently and accurately with all payments being made on time
