Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with accounting coursework.
• Familiarity with general ledger, bank reconciliations, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile all Local Bank Accounts.
• Assist in accurate financial reporting through proper monitoring and reconcilement of accounts.
• Provide information regarding historical GL and budget data to stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and post GL entries for Procurement, Payroll, and Finance.
• Compile daily feeds and record revenue transfers weekly.
• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly entries for Month-end and Quarter-end closing.
• Gain knowledge of Payroll Interface process.
• Cross-train in student accounts.
• Assist in monitoring, reconciling, and billing grants at various agency levels.
• Assist in analyzing department budgets and respond to budget requests.
• Provide backup support in monthly sales tax reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
