Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in an international accounting firm.
• Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong teamwork.
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting missions.
• Entering AP and AR invoices.
• AP / AR reconciliation.
• Maintaining accounting software integrations.
• Posting vendor payments.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Assisting with month-end closing prep.
• Maintaining client’s database.
• Maintaining vendor files up to date.
• Posting entries to accounting software via imports.
• Analyze differences and provide recommendations.
• Posting and reconciling entries from reimbursement tools.
• Report analyses.
