Job summary

Qualco Group is seeking an Associate Accountant to monitor and manage incoming invoices, communicate with suppliers, and post invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a BA in Accounting or Finance, 1–2 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with ERP systems, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Associate Accountant.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems will be considered a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well with deadlines.
• Strong team work spirit; and
• Very good knowledge of English.

• Review and entry of employee expense reports.
