The Associate Account Manager (AAM) is a leadership development role designed to prepare future Account Managers through hands-on training and mentorship. Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain experience in landscape operations, crew leadership, client service, and account management while developing the skills needed to successfully manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts.
The Associate Account Manager role is viewed as a training position for becoming an Account Manager. At LW, our AAM's are expected to perform daily field labor tasks and lead a crew similar to a Field Manager. Additionally, the AAM is required to participate in the developmental program as outlined: one week of management training, operational software exposure, periodic AM shadowing, assigned reading outside of work, and the continued development of landscaping related techniques/horticulture knowledge. Through the guidance of this program, our expectation is that high performing Associate Account Managers will be prepared for promotion opportunities.
