MiQ Digital USA inc. is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support the Account Management team with campaign management and troubleshooting while learning to run your own accounts.

You will work with Sales, Trading, Product, and Analytics on world-renowned brands, delivering insights and best-in-class service to grow existing business. You’ll learn to present campaign performance stories, manage client communications, and collaborate across teams to optimize processes and client outcomes in

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience.
• Interest in technology and aptitude to learn new tech quickly; detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to share ideas, seek efficiency, and remain humble when learning.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of clients and ensure campaigns perform optimally in partnership with Trading.
• Learn to present best-in-class insight reports blending campaign performance with business challenges.
• Confirm launch information and troubleshoot campaign challenges with the team.
• Schedule regular client check-ins and ensure timely delivery of reporting.
• Collaborate with regional teams to improve processes and efficiency; participate in trainings.
