Job summary

Cummings Properties is seeking an entry-level associate account manager in Beverly, MA. You will support the account managers’ day-to-day functions, gaining exposure to lease transactions, tenant improvements, and client relations in a fast-paced CRE setting.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a demonstrated drive and curiosity about how a design/build/operate firm works.

As an associate account manager, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our talented team of account managers to support their day-to-day functions, both in the office and in the many communities they serve north of Boston. You will gain exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate management, including lease transactions, tenant improvement projects, client relations, and much more.

Associate account managers who demonstrate sound judgment, thoughtful decision-making, and solid problem-solving skills will have the chance to manage their own portfolio - including regular and rewarding client interactions - with the opportunity to expand their portfolios and assume additional responsibilities. Experience in commercial real estate is not required for this position.

The preferred candidate will possess:

The annual salary range is $50,000 - $80,000.

Please note: The base salary represents just one component of the Company’s comprehensive compensation package. In addition to base pay, employees may qualify for variable compensation, which can include unlimited performance-based bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities.
