Job summary

Steve Madden, a global fashion company, seeks an Associate Account Executive for its Wholesale Accessories Belts business in New York City. You will support the Sales Director, manage multiple accounts, and help drive growth across a multi-brand portfolio.

The role requires on-site work in NYC, collaboration with internal teams and wholesale partners, plus a strong eye for detail and organization to ensure smooth order-to-delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Associate Director of Sales with all business functions for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate and attend quarterly photoshoots that support the E-Commerce needs of key accounts.
• Assist with customer needs, such as EDI management, shipping and extensions, and reorders.
• Partner with internal colleagues including Production, Operations and Design.
• Attend & support Market Week and customer showroom appointments regularly.
• Sample coordination, tracking and management; keep the sample closet neat and organized.
