Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support our Belts wholesale business and partner with multiple brands and wholesale partners. The role reports to the Business Manager and focuses on sales execution, account management, and day-to-day operations from order to delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Associate Director of Sales with all business functions for assigned accounts.
• Complete asset, copy and image templates for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate and attend quarterly photoshoots for E-Commerce needs of key accounts.
• Assist with customer needs such as EDI management, shipping and extensions, and reorders.
• Partner with internal teams including Production, Operations and Design.
• Track and update inventory and ATS status.
• Learn full product line and understand categories, fabrics, and silhouettes.
• Maintain knowledge of customer order details and needs.
• Attend Market Week and showroom appointments; manage sample coordination.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with available resources.
