• Experience coordinating campaigns across digital, social, video, print, and OOH.
• Strong organizational instincts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of advertising and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple clients.
• Prepare client-facing presentations, agendas, status reports, and recaps.
• Capture decisions and next steps in meetings and ensure follow-through.
• Translate client needs into clear direction for internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Research brands, competitors, audiences, and industry trends.
• Ensure deliverables are on-brand, accurate, and on time.
• Maintain momentum across projects with proactive support.
