About the Role

We seek motivated individuals for our Associate Account Executive - Inside Sales position onsite in Islandia, NY. Your main responsibility will be selling TeleVox Practice Edition to healthcare facilities such as physician offices and specialty clinics. Candidates should have inside sales experience, enthusiasm for cold calling, and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound sales calls and proactively reach out to prospective healthcare clients to promote and sell TeleVox Practice Edition.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Work with the sales team to develop strategies to meet sales targets.
  4. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  6. Use CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  7. Coordinate with lead generation and marketing teams to identify potential clients through various channels.
  8. Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  3. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
  4. Organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships.
  5. Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications

  3. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation and Benefits

This is a non-exempt hourly role at $24.04/hour, with a commission target of $40K annually, uncapped, leading to total earnings of approximately $90,000/year. The average sales cycle is 2 months.
