We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join Movado Group as an Associate Account Executive for key off price accounts. The Associate Account Executive will identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with existing and new accounts to generate profitable and sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sell-in and sell-thru aspects of the business for assigned accounts.
  • Manage and analyze domestic and global inventory to maximize sales and margin potential, including initiating and managing inventory transfers.
  • Work with manager and brand teams to develop new product.
  • Participate in development of monthly demand plan and forecasting.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales projections and financial plans with manager.
  • Ensure consistent communication of progress to plan to leadership team.
  • Create product offers by managing assortments and inventory with a focus on margin and sales targets.
  • Communicate and negotiate with customers on all offers.
  • Manage order maintenance with the warehouse teams to allocate and ship goods on time.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with supply chain, finance, brand teams, warehouse customer service and other sales support areas.
  • Keep properly informed on assigned brand and competitive brand products and services as well as industry trends.
  • Local travel for store visits and competitive shopping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of previous account executive experience
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough quality of work.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, decision making capabilities.
  • Innovative, to make processes more efficient as needed.
  • Pro-active, resourceful, self-starter while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Extremely flexible and able to adjust to changing business needs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and the ability to learn other Microsoft Office features and SAP.
