We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join Movado Group as an Associate Account Executive for key off-price accounts. The role involves identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with existing and new accounts to generate profitable and sustainable growth.

Roles And Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for sell-in and sell-thru aspects of the business for assigned accounts.
  2. Manage and analyze domestic and global inventory to maximize sales and margin potential, including initiating and managing inventory transfers.
  3. Work with manager and brand teams to develop new products.
  4. Participate in the development of monthly demand plans and forecasting.
  5. Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales projections and financial plans with the manager.
  6. Ensure consistent communication of progress to plan to the leadership team.
  7. Create product offers by managing assortments and inventory with a focus on margin and sales targets.
  8. Communicate and negotiate with customers on all offers.
  9. Manage order maintenance with warehouse teams to allocate and ship goods on time.
  10. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, brand teams, warehouse, customer service, and other sales support areas.
  11. Stay informed on assigned brand and competitive brand products, services, and industry trends.
  12. Travel locally for store visits and competitive shopping.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of previous account executive experience
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail for accurate and thorough work
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Innovative mindset to improve processes as needed
  • Pro-active, resourceful, self-starter with a team-oriented approach
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn other Microsoft Office tools and SAP
