Job Title: Associate Account Executive

Aon is seeking an Associate Account Executive

Join our industry-leading team to support our clients by delivering innovative risk management solutions in Atlanta, GA.

Your Impact as an Associate Account Executive

Assist Account Executives with managing renewals and strategic functions aligned with Aon United and Client Promise initiatives. Collaborate on larger or complex accounts, with the potential to manage a book of business up to $1M in revenue, targeting 10% annual growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily account activities under the supervision of an AE.
• Prepare for and participate in Discovery processes and client meetings.
• Oversee renewal processes, develop proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Leverage Aon IQ and network to deliver client value.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years related insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license within 6 months.
• Understanding of Aon’s resources and capabilities.
• Emerging negotiation and presentation skills.
• Aspiring to become an Account Executive within 2-4 years.

Additional Responsibilities

• Pipeline management and opportunity pursuit.
• Onboarding new clients and managing contracts.
• Executing client discovery and renewal strategies.
• Preparing proposals and managing mid-term activities.
