Who YOU Are

The Assistant Account Executive supports client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way. The Assistant Account Executive supports in driving the daily activities of a project by communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and manages project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblocks.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

Tactical Management

  • Monitors the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately.
  • Maintains account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, pool organization, status reports).

Client Management

  • Serves as the point of contact when other team members are not available.
  • Builds rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Processes signatures, opens jobs, and works with Accounting to produce client invoices.

Product Knowledge

  • Understands product category and competitors; keeps abreast of what competitors are doing.
  • Observation and interest in strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Communication focused preferred).
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience preferred.
  • 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred.
  • Must be able to commute to NY, Boston, or Costa Mesa for team and client meetings as needed.

Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The current range estimate is $45,000 - $55,000 USD. This range considers factors like skills, experience, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.

This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off.
