Step It Up ABA in Georgia is hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work with children and adolescents, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in home and school settings.

We offer a flexible schedule, part-time options, and hybrid supervision with in-person and telehealth. You will collaborate with RBTs and a Clinical Director to deliver high-quality care while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst with active BCBA certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Ability to train caregivers and collaborate with teams.
• HIPAA-compliant documentation and data tracking.
